The study aims to measure the China ́s concentration in Brazilian agricultural exports, as well as identify which agricultural products are demanded by that market. For doing so, it employs agricultural products defined by The World Trade Organization, and Locational Quotient (LQ), Locational Gini Coefficient (LGC) and Hirschman-Herfindahl index from 1989 to 2015. The database comprises 1989-2015 period. The results suggest an increasing in LGC compared to the base year (1989), with ascending trajectory in the 90s and attenuation of this process between 2001 and 2015. Regarding the groups of products, there is a typical net demand from China for oil seeds and miscellaneous grains; animal or vegetable fats, oils and waxes; silk e vegetable plaiting materials; cotton; and raw hides, skins and leather. The study poses new questions for further research, especially about products of Brazilian interest and with potential for agricultural exports and non-attracted by Chinese markets yet.
