Abstract

The objective of this talk is avail the actuality context, perspectives and challenges to agroindustry strategies from the Brazilian family farm. In 1990 years, there is some were studies that indict the biggest Brazilian agroindustries is optioning for the specialize farms for to integrate and improve the scale production, to exceed the family farm limit. In this context, there is examples for the necessary autonomy strategies of agroindustry changes, improve plus value, and the insertion in market dynamics. Are analyzed some any farms reconversion process, ins front of this circumstances. In the spontaneous reconversion is studied the milk case. The cases decedents of "No Governmental Organizations" or governmental actions, are identification two tips: (a) swine and milk condominium and the collective experiences in settlement farms; (b) the vertical improvement of the production for to arrive the niches market. Conclude, the author affirm that the fracases idea is intrinsic of the innovation, and it’s necessary to make the suitable context for the innovation institutions, for to support the family farm organizations and to get the dynamic articulation of the market.
