CONHECIMENTO DO SUCESSOR RURAL EM NEGÓCIO FAMILIAR: CATEGORIAS E PROPRIEDADES DA LITERATURA TÉCNICA E NÃOTÉCNICA

El conocimiento puede considerarse el activo organizacional con mayor probabilidad de generar un éxito duradero, y es importante que esté presente en las prácticas gerenciales del administrador rural. La poca preparación de un sucesor a la hora de hacerse cargo de la empresa familiar puede producir impactos como: incertidumbres, tensiones familiares, estancamiento de la propiedad y posible pérdida de conocimientos acumulados. El estudio pretende comprender cómo se produce la relación entre sucesión rural y conocimiento. La estrategia de investigación es un enfoque cualitativo a partir de las codificaciones de la literatura (técnica y no técnica), utilizando las técnicas iniciales del método de la Teoría Fundamentada, específicamente el enfoque de Strauss y Corbin (2008). El orden conceptual se presenta con la inferencia de tres categorías (influencia de terceros, competencia y calificación), además de las respectivas propiedades. La investigación puede orientar futuras investigaciones que aborden la sucesión y el conocimiento rural, generar importantes informaciones y conocimientos sobre el tema y contribuir a la difusión de las técnicas del método.
