OR&A's Special Issue - Construction and Dynamics of Agrifood Markets

Abstract

It is with immense satisfaction that we present this special issue of Organizações Rurais & Agroindustriais, dedicated to studies on the Construction and Dynamics of Agro-Food Markets. This edition is an important milestone for this field of studies that is consolidating in the country, but that had not yet received the opportunity to gather a set of works in a single edition of a qualified scientific journal. A little over ten years after the presentation of the works by Nogami, Vieira and Medeiros (2012) and Medeiros and Vieira (2012), the field of construction studies and market dynamics is moving towards consolidation in Brazil.
